PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Since being inaugurated president of Hood College, Andrea Chapdelaine has made the creation of community partnerships a priority for the College. This is demonstrated in the relationships established with Frederick Health, Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, Frederick County’s Office of Economic Development, and more that have resulted in new student curriculum, expanded services and academic resources. In addition to being mutually beneficial for the immediate parties, each partnership initiative also has had a profound and positive impact on the community.
